Biography

Ja Hon Sim was born in South Korea and crossed the Canadian border to come to USA when he was 15. He didn’t know much of English but was lucky enough due to his illegal immigration status to be able to attend and meet world class ESL class teachers at Smoke Hill High School in Colorado.

Upon graduating from high School, he got accepted into the University in Colorado. However, he couldn’t attend his first year because he couldn’t afford the tuition and expenses to fulfill mandatory requirement to stay his first year in the college campus dorm.

His father was sad about his situation and shared his story to his fellow church mates. One of his church mate whom he had never met nor have any connections with his family decided to donate Jae’s first college year of college tuition without asking anything in return. His father then got married to his step mother who helped with his second year of tuition.

For his hobby, Jae Lim was a professional Warcraft 3 E-Sports athlete who was ranked #1 in both USA servers. His signature move was his mountain king hero M-surround. He received a sponsorship from AMD. He also found a paid internship opportunity and started other online entrepreneurship activities to pay out the rest of the college tuition required to graduate from the university by himself.

His passionate love of thrill in any competitive environment along with diversified life experience developed him a unique intuition to learn and adapt himself to new challenges to solve the problem.
